This old farm is a friendliness, a peacefulness and a cosy place. It has been refurbished with a mix of tradition and modernity.
This huge house is perfect to have a good stay in Champagne in the heart of a UNESCO vineyard.
We refurbished this family farl to welcome tourists in our region.

Guided tour
Our cottage has a capacity of 15 persons. With 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, you’ll find all you need for a good stay. By walking on our vineyards, you’ll discover the village and its environment.
Our cottage is labeled 3 ears Gîte de France.
LIVING ROOM
The living room and its fireplace open onto the dining room with a fresco of the local vineyards. This wide room is a perfect place for a meal with friends and family.
KITCHEN
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped to cook or to keep chef company. Coffee maker, kettle, food mixer, raclette grill and other household electrical are available. Further more, a wine cellar with all our Champagne is also available.
Perfect for a bottle of Champagne ready to taste.
ENTERTAIN ROOM
To entertain yourself we provide you with a relaxation room in trendy colors. You can read a book on the sofa, watch TV on a big screen or play a game of pool.
BATHROOM
A bathroom with a bath and a baby-changing table. Perfect for kids. Private toilets.
Upstairs, you find 5 large bedrooms. Each is tastefully decorated and has its own charm.
FAMILY BEDROOMS
First, 2 family bedrooms of 25m², with mezzanine, accommodating up to 4 people each.
On the ground floor of these, you will enjoy sleeping in very comfortable 160×200 bedding with quality duvets.
Upstairs, on the mezzanines, you will have the possibility of sleeping in 2 single beds of 90×190. These mezzanines are ideal for children or for singles.
Then, you will have the possibility of sleeping in a suite in coral and cyan colors, composed of a lounge area with bench and table, and a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed with a quality duvet.
This sleeping area is also made up of 2 tastefully renovated shower rooms, as well as 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate.

La 1ère, dans les tons prune, qui allie charme de l’ancien et modernité, est composée de 2 lits simples de 90×190.
La 2nde, aux notes turquoise est composée de 3 lits simples de 90×190 et d’un salon de 2 fauteuils et table basse. Une belle alliance des styles traditionnels et scandinaves.
In the 2nd part of the sleeping area, you will appreciate our 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The 1st, in plum tones, which combines old charm and modernity, is made up of 2 single beds of 90×190.
The 2nd, with turquoise notes, is made up of 3 single beds of 90×190 and a living room with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. A beautiful combination of traditional and Scandinavian styles.
Outside, you’ll find a patio with a table to have a breakfast or read a book. A large table is also available on the terrace to take a meal. A sunshade and a BBQ are also available. Kids have also access to a swing.
